2025 was a year defined by scale, creativity, and unforgettable experiences. From celebrity chef events that turned dining into immersive brand moments, to ancillary activations surrounding the world’s largest annual tech conferences, our team delivered programs that elevated engagement and strengthened client relationships across industries and countries.


We curated sales incentive destination trips that rewarded top performers with once‑in‑a‑lifetime experiences, and designed sports hospitality programs that brought clients closer to the action — from branded tailgates and private suites at coveted games to exclusive receptions with legendary athletes. We even raised the stakes with celebrity poker tournaments and other high‑impact entertainment experiences that blended networking with excitement.


Every activation reflected our commitment to delivering world‑class corporate hospitality and corporate events that drive connection, loyalty, and brand impact. JANUARY


Seven Hills Global Company Outing


We kicked off the year with our annual company outing, bringing team members from across the country to our headquarters in Delray Beach, Florida. With back-to-back days of activities, dining experiences, presentations, and breakout sessions, this corporate event was more than a meeting — it was a celebration of collaboration, and growth. Our outing reflects the heart of Seven Hills Global: building connections, aligning vision, and setting the stage for another year of excellence.


FEBRUARY


The CHUBB Classic


As a proud partner of Chubb, our team supported the 27th edition of The Chubb Classic in Naples, Florida, welcoming over 1,100 guests to this signature PGA TOUR event. We helped deliver an elite hospitality program for priority customers, corporate clients, and leadership teams — from merchandising and ground transportation to VIP dinners and elegant evening functions. Every detail was designed to maximize engagement, drive communication, and create business opportunities.


Taste. Love. Tennis.


We also debuted Taste. Love. Tennis., a pre-match hospitality experience blending culinary artistry, cocktails, and entertainment. Celebrity Chef Lorena Garcia headlined with a live demonstration, while local restaurants and sponsors joined to create a fully branded activation. Beyond the immersive experience, the event raised over $10,000 for education in the Delray Beach community — proving that corporate hospitality can inspire impact both inside and outside the venue.


MARCH


Hawaii Destination Incentive Trip


Our team was in the Aloha state, managing an incentive trip for clients and their top sales performers. We oversaw every detail, from airfare and lodging to memorable sunset dinners, on-site management, and activities like a private brewery tour, golf, and a catamaran sail and snorkel excursion for the entire group, making it an unforgettable experience for all. This program exemplified how corporate events can reward excellence while strengthening loyalty.


VIP Allegiant Stadium Reception


We built out an ancillary event surrounding one of the largest annual tech conferences in Las Vegas, bringing clients and their VIPs to Allegiant Stadium. Guests enjoyed a VIP stadium tour, a special appearance and speaking engagement from former NFL quarterback Rich Gannon, and a private cocktail reception in one of the most iconic venues in sports and entertainment — a perfect blend of executive networking and unforgettable hospitality.



Celebrity Poker Tournament


When in Vegas, there’s no better way to entertain your VIPs than in your very own branded casino for a Celebrity Poker night. We transformed an iconic steakhouse into a brand experience with card tables, espresso martini carts, and appearances by World Series of Poker player David Williams and NHL Stanley Cup winner Nicklas Backstrom.​ We built out this ancillary activation to surround one of the largest annual tech conferences held in Las Vegas, and can do so in any market to engage your audience.

 

APRIL


Masters Tournament


Augusta, Georgia is the stage for one of the most iconic sporting events in the world: The Masters. Our team managed multiple client programs with precision, including tournament grounds badges and hospitality access, roundtrip transportation to Augusta National and local accommodations, dining reservations, gifting, grocery stocking, and on-site management to ensure programs ran as smooth as McIlroy’s swing.



Mexico Incentive Trip


There’s nothing more authentic than standing in the very distillery where the products your teams champion are born. It’s a powerful way to deepen brand connection and reward performance, which is what brought Seven Hills Global to Tequila, Mexico. Our team hosted clients and their distributor teams for a fully immersive brand experience complete with agave field tours, tequila tastings, cuisine pairings, and hands-on bottling sessions.



Culinary Demonstration with Claude Le Tohic


Meanwhile in San Francisco, we created a Michelin-starred evening with Chef Claude Le Tohic. While Chef Claude showcased his French techniques in the kitchen before attendees sat for a fine dining experience, we managed everything from venue procurement, the chef demonstration, a cocktail reception, client branding, registration and communication, and of course on-site staffing.

 


MAY


Dogfish Head Craft Brewery x Dead & Co. Experiential Collaboration


Partnering with Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, we executed a pre-show hospitality activation celebrating their collaboration with Dead & Co. Celebrity Chef Chad Rosenthal led a BBQ demonstration before guests headed to The Sphere for Dead & Co’s legendary performance with classic sets featuring John Mayer. This event combined culinary, entertainment, and brand storytelling into one seamless experiential marketing moment.


Managing everything from an appearance from Chef Chad Rosenthal, culinary demonstration set-up, venue procurement, 100+ tickets to Dead & Co – Live At Sphere for attendees, guest transportation, branding and creative and more, it was an unforgettable evening for our clients.


Pelican Hill Annual Executives Conference


Every year, we look forward to heading to Pelican Hill to support clients with their annual executive conference. We supported an annual executive conference filled with a golf clinic hosted by LPGA player Angel Yin, a golf tournament for attendees, an interactive culinary competition, keynote sessions, and networking receptions. From registration and room blocks to gifting and on-site management, our team ensured every element aligned with the client’s vision.


JUNE


FIFA Club World Cup Hospitality


Soccer unites the world– especially our clients and their VIP partners. We hosted clients in an exclusive hospitality suite for Inter Milan vs. CF Monterrey at the Rose Bowl with a private pre-game happy hour in downtown Pasadena to kick-off the game experience. Our team covered everything from suite procurement and ticketing, a pre-game reception, overnight accommodations for all guests, transportation, and on-site staff to ensure an amazing time at the FIFA Club World Cup.


Leadership Summit in Newport


Our team was on the East coast managing a week of meetings, dining experiences, and activities for our client and their leadership team in Newport, Rhode Island. From beautiful sunset dinners and a private catamaran charter to take in Newport’s scenery, to managing everything including meeting space set up, accommodations, transportation, gifting, and branded dining menus and signage, our team reinforced the value of executive-level events in driving alignment and engagement.


JULY


Culinary Demonstration with Chef Hugo Ortega


Our team created a culinary experience for clients with award-winning Chef Hugo Ortega in Houston. Chef Hugo hosted an interactive ceviche demonstration and a fine dining experience. Our team managed everything from venue procurement, chef demonstration, a pre-dinner networking reception, client branding and signed cookbook gifting, registration and communication, and on-site staffing to oversee every detail.


American Industry Series


Throughout the year, we supported clients with a series of partner events across the country. From Santa Clara to Las Vegas to Austin to Fort Lauderdale, we curated exciting components across every market. With our team managing everything including a venue procurement, food and beverage, event registration and check-in, branded signage and gifting, and on-site staff, it was a seamless evening for clients to connect with their partners no matter the city.

 


AUGUST


Culinary Demonstration with Chef Hugh Acheson


In New York City, we partnered with Top Chef judge and Iron Chef competitor Hugh Acheson to deliver an unforgettable culinary demonstration and dining experience. From venue procurement to branded signage and signed cookbooks, every detail reflected the power of corporate hospitality in creating memorable, high‑touch client engagements.




US Open Tennis


It was another year of serving up client programming around the US Open Tennis tournament. From the opening ceremony to the final match, our team was assisting clients at every session. This year, we supported two official US Open sponsors, managed ticket inventory and private suites for multiple clients, and elevated the guest experiences daily at the Billy Jean King National Tennis Center throughout August and September.

 


SEPTEMBER


Oregon vs. Oregon State Tailgate


Our team hosted clients and their VIP guests at the Oregon vs Oregon State rivalry game. To help celebrate this historic matchup, we brought in Oregon Ducks legendary quarterback Joey Harrington for a meet and greet, sign autographs and mingle with guests during the pre-game tailgating experience. From pre-event logistical planning to on-site staffing, talent and ticket procurement to event branding our event team helped provide a top notch gameday experience for all.



Cowboys Club VIP Reception


It was an unforgettable evening at the Cowboys Club for our clients and their guests as we brought in Dallas Cowboys legend Jay Novacek for an exclusive fireside chat and meet-and-greet. With guided whiskey tastings, cheerleader practice viewings, and a private clubhouse setting, this evening showcased how VIP hospitality can transform a reception into a signature brand moment.



OCTOBER



Red River Rivalry


Every year, our team heads to the legendary Red River Rivalry in Dallas, Texas to host multiple clients for one of the greatest rivalries in college football and 2025 was no exception. Managing private pre-game hospitality access, on-field passes, lower-level tickets and club seats, on-site staffing and more ensured an incredible game experience for clients and their VIP guests.




Global Networking Events


This year made the ‘Global’ in Seven Hills Global more evident than ever. October marked a milestone as we activated in Dubai for the very first time, hosting a networking event in one of the world’s most dynamic business hubs. On another continent, we hosted an ancillary event in London, with our team overseeing every detail to ensure both activations ran seamlessly.



Miami Commercial Meetings


We managed a four-day meeting in Miami, hosting 300+ attendees with dynamic sessions, brand activations, and unforgettable dining experiences in the heart of the city. The Fontainebleau provided the perfect backdrop as our team managed accommodations, meeting space design, A/V needs, and seamless logistics for our clients and their sales teams. From branded gifting and signage to nightly buyouts of Miami’s top restaurants, every detail was curated to deliver a unique and flawless experience—capped off by a surprise visit from the Stanley Cup between sessions.

 

NOVEMBER


Outing at Monarch Beach Golf Links


From the oceanfront fairways of Monarch Beach Golf Links to the final toast at a post-round reception, our team orchestrated a flawless day of executive hospitality for clients and their VIPs. We secured prime tee times for the group, coordinated on-course food and beverage service, and wrapped the round with a cocktail reception overlooking the Pacific. Branded gifting and on-site staff ensured every touchpoint reflected our client’s brand and elevated the guest experience.



VIP Evening on Broadway


It was an one-of-a-kind experience for clients and their VIP partners in the heart of New York City as our team hosted an unforgettable evening on Broadway. Managing everything from a private pre-show reception to incredible seats for MJ the Musical and a post-show meet-and-greet and Q&A with the talented cast, we ensured an elevated evening for clients to engage their partners with the VIP treatment.





Alabama vs. Auburn Rivalry Game


Thanksgiving weekend brought back‑to‑back rivalry matchups, including the iconic Alabama vs. Auburn Iron Bowl. From tailgate décor and grilling stations to lower‑level tickets to witness the game with on-site SHG staff, our team ensured clients experienced the thrill of college football with seamless hospitality.

 




DECEMBER


AWS re:Invent


It was a non-stop week for SHG at AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas as our team managed multiple client activations every day to engage partners, customers, and prospects throughout the conference. From 1,600‑attendee receptions with live entertainment to intimate VVIP wine tastings, branded poker tournaments, and AI‑powered activations, every detail reinforced the value of corporate events as platforms for innovation, networking, and brand storytelling.




Art Basel


Where art meets A-list energy, Art Basel is the ultimate canvas for client experiences. Our team was in Miami supporting our client’s annual hospitality event surrounding the fair.

From hosting a seamless reception for 200 guests to managing the VIP lounge at the Convention Center, we helped maximize our client’s engagement at one of the world’s most prestigious art and cultural experiences.





Networking Reception in Munich


We wrapped up the year in Munich, Germany, surrounded by holiday markets and incredible sights for a client event. Handling everything from venue logistics, branded signage and materials, guest communication and registration sites, and on-site staff abroad ensured an evening of elevated networking for clients and their guests.



 

2025 was a record‑breaking year for Seven Hills Global. From recognition on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America list for the fourth consecutive year to welcoming eight new team members and a wonderful intern class, we are proud of our continued growth.
